  1. Heat the tortilla wrap on a pan on low-medium heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Assemble the tuna in water, tomatoes, cucumber and cheese in 4 sections of the tortilla wrap.
  3. Slice the wrap from the edge to the middle point in between the 2 quarters (sections) of the wrap and add the ingredients accordingly, then fold the quarters/sections one after another after the ingredients are added.
