Step by Step

Have you ever gone through times when you feel completely lost, not knowing what to do next? Sometimes, I would feel like a total loser, where everyone around me seems like they got everything in check, while I still struggle with what I am doing and what I am going to do. I feel left out at times, especially when I see peers of the similar age has achieved what most of us would be dreaming about. At this point, I really hope to get some guidance from somewhere, someone.
For many people thriving towards certain goals to achieve – especially when you are someone who makes plans and thinks through things a lot, when something unexpected happens and disturbs the trajectories of your plans, you might be stunned at that moment, not knowing what to do anymore. Be it having an original plan disrupted or not having any plans at all, you could be struggling with having new goals in our lives and trying to stay on the right track to get it. It could get uncomfortable not understanding what could be happening next, and even more frightening to not have a plan to build our future ahead.
I believe most of us have felt this way from time to time in our lives, and please trust me that it is perfectly normal not to have everything under control in accordance with our plans or no plans at all, all the time. Even though it may be frustrating for us to be in that situation and get anxious about our next steps, however, we could adjust our mentality and attitude to face and handle these circumstances, step by step, to yield small or big outcomes, which might somehow change our own lives at the end of the day.
